Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Complete digital inspections with clear notes and pictures
- Diagnose customer concerns using proper testing procedures
- Perform approved repairs according to shop standards
- Verify parts are correct before starting repairs
- Communicate job status, delays, and additional findings
- Test drive vehicles when needed
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- Help prevent comebacks by double-checking your work
