Fremont Auto Center is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who wants to be part of a well-run, professional auto repair shop.
This position is a mix of vehicle inspections, parts support, shop organization, and light administrative work. Your main role will be performing inspections, but when inspections are not needed, you’ll help keep the shop running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform vehicle inspections using our shop process.
- Take clear photos and document findings accurately.
- Check in parts and help organize them by repair order.
- Handle parts returns, cores, wrong parts, and damaged parts.
- Monitor shop supplies and let management know when items are low.
- Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks.
- Empty trash cans and used oil drains.
- Help keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Support the team wherever needed.

- Basic automotive knowledge.
- Auto repair shop experience.
- Vehicle inspection experience.
- Parts handling or inventory experience.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus.
